有时服务器关机重启出现apache无法启动，在宝塔面板中重载配置也不行，在SSH中用命令：/etc/init.d/httpd restart 重启apache出现错误：

AH00015: Unable to open logs
failed
重启apache失败。
解析方法：
在SSH中运行命令：killall -9 httpd
在重新启动apache：/etc/init.d/httpd restart 或在宝塔面板中重载apache配置
